Program and Investments ManagerResponsibilities:
- This role is a hybrid of Program and finance management, where you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and performance reporting of investments for the company's consumer products.
- Budget reporting for two P&Ls: RMI & OPEX. Maintain cost variance analysis model of budgets, committed spend, outlooks, actual spend, and identify financial risks (overspend) & opportunities (underspend).
- Conduct monthly and quarterly finance program performance reviews to client owners – reporting out RMI & OPEX performance, including escalating any financial discrepancies to WW & Regional Category and Finance Management.
- Support Category Management and Finance stakeholders with fiscal month-end close, CFO forecast cycles, and budget cascade processes, including tracking, management, and documentation of timelines.
- CFO Forecast Support: Partner with finance stakeholders to confirm CFO forecast timelines including submission and lock dates, as well as goals of close cycle and provide updated outlooks via finance templates by deadlines confirmed with finance stakeholders according to defined SLAs.
- Budget and Target Cascade process development and management. Analyze the current target and budget cascade process and update the excel model with the latest calculations to support budget allocations and target cascades.
- Generate the necessary documentation (PowerPoint) that outlines field allocations and update the model and documentation as needed.
- Design, document and own the finance monitoring program that drives compliance for the 2x/month strategic reporting and quarterly BSO for RMI reporting motions.
- Provide insight and recommendations to Finance and Category Management stakeholders on ways to streamline financial operational processes and refine management and tracking of investment funding in a way that promotes structure and visibility.

- 7+ years experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and performance.
- Ability to create process documentation.
