Program Analyst

The ideal candidate must have: 1) experience supporting the delivery of IHP assistance in response to Presidentially declared disasters for Individual Assistance; 2) a basic understanding of the laws, regulations, and policies relevant to Individuals and Household Program; 3) strong communication skills, with experience developing concise, well-written products; 4) working knowledge and experience supporting the development and delivery of recovery program goals.

To qualify for this position at the IC-11 level (starting salary $74,961) you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-09 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:

• Analyzing difficult issues involving agency programs and activities; and
• Providing call center coordination to meet operational demands; and
• Coordinating with various offices and components as a representative; and  
• Developing written materials such as report, briefings, and/or instructions.

OR
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.M., if related
