Job Description
Wilson Elser is looking for a Program Administrator to join our team. This position can be remote anywhere within the Eastern Time Zone where we have an office.

The Position
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
•Experience in a law firm or with an insurance company preferred, but not required
•Experience in calendaring department
•Advanced Excel skills including:
•The ability to organize, compare, combine, process, and manipulate large data sets
•Use automation to efficiently process large quantities of data
•Create and use pivot tables
•Use of INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and VLOOKUP functions
•Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
•Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Responsibilities
•Create new files and update case lists accordingly
•Update stakeholders with new case lists, client data, and any required information
•Correspond with clients and attorneys
•Respond to daily urgent data requests
•Calendar clerk tasks such as calendaring all events in eDockets such as trial deadlines, depositions, etc.

The annualized salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000.Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
