Program Account Manager leads and manages services and implementation activities for large scale Programs delivering residential and commercial EVSE charging solutions. The purpose of this role is to ensure the success and growth of our client relationships. 


Responsibilities include: Customer relationship management, supporting delivery of EV Charging Solution implementations or programs, , onboarding and training Customers for new/updates products.  

 

Sales, Program Scoping, and Customer Management 

    • Support post-sales activities and software demonstrations 
    • Scope EVSE Charging Solution Programs and complete Statements of Work for Fleet programs 
    • Support long term relationships with large accounts by ensuring strong customer satisfaction 

Implementation Leadership & Support 

    • Lead program design and development of participant communications plans with the customer 
    • Onboard new customers 
    • Customer Training on products and services 

Facilitate the development of communications for end users 

    • Work with Delivery & Operations to set-up and support back-end processes and automation 
    • Support issues related to processes as required to support delivery 

Training & Troubleshooting 

    • facilitate Level 2 & 3 support issues related to B2B accounts as needed with support and technical teams 
    • Provide regular and frequent communication to customers regarding outstanding actions, issues or tasks 
    • Facilitate and coordinate internal activities across departments, escalate as required to ensure timely response and action 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Other w/ relevant experience (Graduate degree a plus) 
  • 5+ or more years of experience project or account management in marketing, retail, technology or clean energy space 
  • Proven ability to establish and regain customer confidence and grow long lasting relationships 
  • Experience leading meetings and organizing work 
  • Knowledge or experience in the field of marketing or communications 
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, project management and coordination skills 
  • Consulting skills: listening, asking effective questions, setting and managing expectations, and focusing on customer needs and outcomes 
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities and complete multiple tasks in a tight timeframe 
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail 
  • Professional communication and approach: on-time and prepared for meetings, provide deliverable and status on-time, communicates issues and risks in a timely manner to manager

The hiring range for this position is $90,411.55  to $124,315.88 per year. For remote positions, this is based on a national average base pay for this role. For positions in California this range will be specific to the location in California. The actual range may vary based on the geographic location of the chosen candidate. For all positions, the base pay actually offered will take into account various factors, including internal equity and job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
