We are currently searching for a full-time Consultant Coordinator to help support our Professional Services Group, a division of Lakeshore that offers professional development training and services for educators. In this position, you will support our consultant trainers through detailed record keeping while helping to schedule consultant events, book travel, approve invoices, create, and organize consultant resources and files, and more! If you are an incredibly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment-and enjoys taking a "what more can I do for you" approach-then don't pass up this opportunity! • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy 
• Ability to interact with vendors and consultants in a confident, professional and service-oriented manner 
• Strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude 
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 
• Egoless, collaborative approach to producing great work

• Hourly: $18- $22 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
