Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Coach to join our team as a contractor. As an Professional Coach (contractor), you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their professional goals and enhance their leadership skills. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals and organizations. Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to executives and leaders - Assess clients' strengths and areas for development - Design and implement customized coaching plans - Support government clients in setting and achieving their professional goals - Help clients enhance their leadership skills and improve their decision-making abilities - Provide feedback and guidance on communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence - Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for managing stress and work-life balance - Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure progress and identify areas for improvement Experience: - Strong understanding of leadership principles and practices - Certification in executive coaching or related field is preferred. Preference will be given to those with government experience.
