About Us
Allied Wellness was created with the purpose of helping individuals to lead healthier lifestyles by providing them with access to one-on-one coaching, educational materials and evidence-based recommendations from a team of qualified healthcare professionals. Our Health Coaches conduct regular tests and health screenings, collect and analyze data, and create individualized comprehensive treatment plans based on each client’s goals and health needs. Treatment plans include detailed recommendations for diet and nutrition, physical activity and mental health.
At Allied Wellness you will be able to work in a professional environment with Health Coaches. It is an experience completely remote, where you will be able to work alongside other Health Professionals including Registered Dietitians, Physical Therapist, Registered Nurse, and Personal trainers.
Job Duties
- Collect, analyze and interpret data from Health Risk Assessments and biometric tests.
- Collaborate with other HRM Health Coaches to develop comprehensive health protocols and modules involving nutrition, physical activity and mental well-being.
- Create and administer evidence-based recommendations and treatment to clients based on their individual wellness needs and goals.
- Track and log monthly interactions with clients and ensure that confidentiality standards are upheld.
- Provide content for blog articles, videos, podcasts, and other educational materials for clients.
Requirements
- Located in Milwaukee, WI.
- Completion of an accredited educational program in a healthcare related field.
- Holds a current healthcare related license/certification and maintains credentials by completing necessary requirements (CEU’s, registration, fees, etc.)
- Some qualifying certifications include Registered Dietitian, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Licensed Counselor, Registered Nurse.
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about leading a healthy lifestyle with a desire to educate and encourage others.
- Experience in conducting research and can successfully identify and utilize accurate evidence and information for developing educational materials and therapeutic protocols.
- Experience with performing consultations and administering treatments to varying populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Some intermittent travel may be required.
Prefered:
- Personal Training certification.
- CSCS certification.
- Athletic Trainer Certification.
Additional skills:
Education/Background: human performance or wellness, public health, wellness, behavior change, nutrition, personal training, knowledge in ergonomics.

Headquarters located in Northwest Houston, Texas. We are looking for individuals licensed/certified to practice in the state of Wisconsin. Licensure can be met upon hire date or within first month of employment if necessary.
