This is a Monday - Friday position starting at 6:00 a.m. No Weekends!

JOB DUTIES:
Check the firmness and measure the pH and weight of the cheese block and record results. If cheese is firm begin cutting cheese and placing it in a clean tote with sanitized inner and outer liners, while adding brine at the same time.
Place sanitized HDPE square cover over cheese in tote and wrap the inner and outer tote liner over the square. Press down on cover to expel air and to cover top cheese layer in brine. Add additional brine on top of the plastic liners. Label each tote with lot number, date, and tote number. Place molds face down on conveyor leaving a space in between for proper cleaning. At the end of the tunnel washer you will take the molds off and stack them. When stack is completed send stack to the production line.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Must be able to lift 30-60 lbs and push/pull at least 100 lbs
· Must be able to be on your feet for 10 plus hours
· Must be able to work in a hot/humid environment
· Must be able to work in an environment that is 55 degrees and wet due to the cheese brine
