Calling all Production Technicians with a willingness to learn, positive attitude, and growth mindset. We have openings available on our 8-hour shifts, primarily 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am).
Ready to do your best work? Interested in a starting hourly rate of $17.60, and up to $19-$21 after only 3 months? If so, come out and see us!

The Production Technicianperforms entry level tasks involved in the manufacturing of rubber insulation and engineered foam products. Responsible for operations such as packing tubes according to customer specifications, mixing and milling raw and semi-finished material together for processing via extrusion or expansion, performing quality checks or tests and packaging product for consumer use.

• No experience necessary, we will train you!
• Basic math and English reading/writing/verbal skills.
• Ability to work on or near large industrial equipment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. (Most PPE provided by the company. Safety shoes required with reimbursement up to $100 provided after first 30 days.)
