What you will do
Assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components and electrical components and all other related components in order to contribute to completion of a variety of products. Adheres to safety, quality and quantity standards and follows directions and standard work to meet product specifications.
- Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area.
- Responsible for accurate batch record entry and following shop order instructions.
- Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria.
- Invests in employee involvement and development by fostering personal growth, being responsible and accountable, being passionate towards the success of the business and treating all with dignity and respect.
- Using sonic welder as required for sub-assembly
- Submit 1 continuous improvement idea annually
- Other duties as assigned including warehouse activity
What you need
- High School or GED Preferred
- 1 year related experience Preferred
