About This Position:

What most companies call a "Production Technician", we call a "Process Innovator". Process Innovators are the heart and soul of the company and are the front-line, hands-on, team members who both get the job done and are empowered to continuously find new innovations and ideas to reduce waste, add value, reduce struggle, and make their work easier, more productive, and more enjoyable. We are looking for people who can see a problem and solve it. We aren't looking for robots, we are looking for innovators and visionaries.

What You'll Do:

• Be empowered to engage your mind to solve problems, find and eliminate waste, and serve our customers and your fellow crew.
• Receive regular training on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques and methodology.
• Have ownership of your work.
• Operate light manufacturing equipment.
• Assess errors and defects and learn from your mistakes.
• Assist in warehousing and inventory.
• Maintain a safe and productive workplace.
• Clean, organize, and improve your workspace.

• Dexterity, hand-eye coordination and is comfortable performing repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs to shoulder height.
• Ability to stand/walk for an 8+ hour shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
