FASTSIGNS EVERETT is the largest FASTSIGNS in the whole country (from over 700 locations!) and rapidly growing. We have over 80 local employees, 50k sf of space and lots of fun toys. We are ambitious and growing.

Sound like the place for you? Here are the essential responsibilities and duties for our Print Machine Operator, Experience Preferred but not Required:
- Tasks may include working with: CNC, Roll to Roll, Application and Large Format
- Be trainable: willing and able to read, process, comprehend, and follow the detailed instructions to assure the job is done correctly
- Know and understand how the equipment works and keep it clean to assure our products are delivered in the highest quality to our customer
- Inspect finished work for sharpness, head strikes, ink drips, banding, handprints, blemishes and/or any visual flaw that would not meet quality standards before job moves to next stage in production
- Perform basic printing equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, including changing ink cartridges, clearing jams, replacing consumables, etc. following on-screen instructions to bring equipment back to operational standards
- Ensure maximum machine efficiency while completing orders on-time and in accordance with customers’ expectations
- Maintain inventory levels for substrates and small consumables by utilizing inventory protocols and the procurement team
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics code
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
● Pay range $23.00-26.00 commensurate with experience.
