Production Team Member (Seamstress/Seamster)

Responsibilities:
- Perform garment construction tasks such as cutting, sewing, and fabricating
- Operate sewing machines and other equipment to complete sewing projects
- Follow patterns, instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality work
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with Team Members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a seamstress or in a similar role
- Proficient in garment construction techniques and sewing machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of different fabrics, their characteristics, and appropriate sewing techniques
