Position Summary

As the Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership and guidance to your associates to ensure safety, quality, and service/zero waste goals are achieved utilizing TPM principles. You will serve as a team leader and problem solver who drives Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant.

• Direct supervision of 20+ hourly employees, providing flexible support across first, second, and third shifts as needed to support team and business needs.
• Be the TPM Leader to rollout TPM initiatives, build competencies, and answer any questions.
• Lead and coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory's Continuous Improvement plan.
• Ensure products are produced in compliance with quality key check points and within good manufacturing practices.
• Provide a safe working environment for employees by building a strong safety culture and auditing 5S focus areas.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience working in a manufacturing, military or related environment.
• 1+ years' people leadership experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000-$90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
