Job Summary: As a Supervisor at Central Moloney, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in various departments such as Production, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, Maintenance, etc. You'll undertake a variety of functions to support transformer production, ensuring operations align with production standards and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow and production schedules to meet customer needs.
- Train and onboard new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in conflict resolution.
- Effectively issue instructions, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Motivate and inspire employees towards improved work performance and goal achievement.
- Guide and advise employees, leveraging their strengths for professional development.
- Identify and apply career advancement opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
- Produce and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- 3+ Years of Team Lead/Supervisor experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in manufacturing setting a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Good mathematical and computer skills.
- Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Adaptability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Performance-oriented with a focus on meeting goals.
- Dependability and consistent attendance are crucial.
Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Periods of sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, and walking.
- Lifting as required for the role Ability to lift to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to work 40 + hours per week, OT & any shift
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, twisting, and walking.
- Background check, Drug & Alcohol Screening required.
