Job Summary: As a Supervisor at Central Moloney, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in various departments such as Production, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, Maintenance, etc. You'll undertake a variety of functions to support transformer production, ensuring operations align with production standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workflow and production schedules to meet customer needs.
• Train and onboard new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in conflict resolution.
• Effectively issue instructions, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Motivate and inspire employees towards improved work performance and goal achievement.
• Guide and advise employees, leveraging their strengths for professional development.
• Identify and apply career advancement opportunities for team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Produce and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• 3+ Years of Team Lead/Supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in manufacturing setting a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Good mathematical and computer skills.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Adaptability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Performance-oriented with a focus on meeting goals.
• Dependability and consistent attendance are crucial.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Periods of sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, and walking.
• Lifting as required for the role Ability to lift to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to work 40 + hours per week, OT & any shift
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, twisting, and walking.
• Background check, Drug & Alcohol Screening required.
