Production Supervisor - 2Nd Shift

Position: Supervisor

Job Duties:

· Ability to be a strong leader of a small group of people.

· Ability to work in Microsoft word and excel spreadsheets.

· Maintain cost effective practices that are compliant with quality
policies and procedures.

· Plan and schedule department work; utilizing employees, equipment and
material in order to produce quality products.

· Assign employees to jobs and instruct them in the proper procedures
that will ensure quality, safety and efficiency.

· Insure department safety by overseeing general working conditions.

· Insure that all personnel are properly trained and have a full understanding
of the processes they are involved in.

· Insure that all personnel have a complete and full understanding of
plant good manufacturing practices and HACCP programs.

· Insure that all personnel have good communication skills with the
ability to communicate to other departments.

· Ability to work with Quality Assurance and USDA.

· Insure that all personnel support continuous improvement initiatives.
