- Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, work with conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practioner, Production Manager, Maintenace Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager
- Forklift Experience
- Attention to detail is required, Supervisor oversees all traceablity paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately
- Correct and report any unsafe conditions
- Train all employees on your shift
- Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs
- Review and calculate employee time cards daily, via Paychex system
- Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources
- Write and issue performance evaluations
- Willing to work a line to help the team
