Discover an exciting opportunity and become a leader in sustainable packaging manufacturing. We're currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our 3rd Shift. In this role, you'll oversee all phases of blow molded container production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Your leadership will drive excellence and continuous improvement within our team.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety, quality, and company policies
- Manage shift operations, including training, inventory, and quality control
- Resolve production issues and maintain product quality
- Provide accurate shift documentation and attend meetings as required
- Optimize staffing and machine utilization to meet production goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with management to review and optimize operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer usage and communication
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
