Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety, quality, and company policies
- Manage shift operations, including training, inventory, and quality control
- Resolve production issues and maintain product quality
- Provide accurate shift documentation and attend meetings as required
- Optimize staffing and machine utilization to meet production goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with management to review and optimize operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer usage and communication
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
