Republic Roofing is seeking a Construction Assistant to manage production coordination and scheduling operations for construction projects. The base of operations is in Fishers, Indiana. Candidate must have relevant experience, possess a positive attitude, be dependable and flexible.
Job Duties:
- Manage the overall company-wide construction activity. Work in coordination with the Construction Field Manager.
- Schedule sub-contractors and trade partners while continually monitoring and enforcing safety, quality and cost standards.
- Provide industry-leading customer service during the construction process.
- Ensure projects are complete without any outstanding identified deficiencies Schedule, manage, and adhere to all local and state inspections and building codes.

Job Requirements
Must haves:
- Experience in construction management (roofing industry a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be very detailed and have very good organizational skills.
- Be able to work on a high volume of projects at the same time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
