Planner/Scheduler

Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the scheduling department.
• Create and maintain the schedule for all Osborn’s customers.
• Create and maintain the schedule for all Osborn’s customers.
• Create and maintain the schedule for all Osborn’s customers.
• Create and maintain the schedule for all new customers.
• Create and maintain the schedule for new customers.
• Create and maintain the schedule for existing customers.
• Plan, coordinate, coordinate, and manage all activities associated with customer activities (e.g., meetings, travel, etc.)
• Manage projects associated with customer activities (e.g., projects).
• Provide support to customer projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
·Previous experience in logistics or related field preferred.
·Excellent verbal communication skills; written skills; problem solving skills; ability to work independently; ability to work well with minimal supervision; ability to work well in a team environment; ability to prioritize tasks; ability to work effectively under pressure; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and priorities of various departments within department members; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities at once; ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure under stress; strong organization skills (including attention to detail) and strong problem solving skills required.
·Strong organizational skills required; must be able to manage multiple priorities and multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining composure under stress; must be able to manage multiple competing deadlines and multiple personalities working together effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,522.00 - $67,336.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Production planning: 1 year (Required)
