Production Scheduler

Purpose:  

Schedule MFG orders daily based on demand, capacity, and priority.

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Release daily production orders to all MFG departments. 
•    Review non-workable open orders and escalate to support departments (Art, SPO/OBM, etc). 
•    Help pre-plan demand vs. capacity for larger events and embellishment programs. 
•    Monitor and publish daily D-List (most important orders) to broad audience of MFG, DC, and Office teams. 
•    Back up Offsite Capacity Coordinator.

•    Capacity Planning
•    All Manufacturing Departments
•    Customer Ops & Promo Ops
•    Order Book Management
•    Production Art

Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 
•    Computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Outlook. 
•    Excellent communication skills, particularly written/email.
•    Ability to coordinate the work of several department/business units to meet goals. 
•    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
