Our world-class team in Bloomer, WI is seeking a?passionate and?highly-motived?Production Manager.
As a Production Manger you’ll:?
- Develop and deliver through leadership and quality control systems
- Manages employees by establishing performance goals, allocating resources, and assessing performance.
- Provides leadership and direction to production supervisors and employees to continuously improve quality, reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Drive overall plant performance and compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Responsible for articulating and defending standard and directional choices.
- Promote continual KPI improvements and active contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.
- Responsible for mentoring and leading production staff through critique of their work to promote safety, quality and award-winning work.
- Make any process/productions changes to improve quality and/or production, including but not limited to; machines settings, raw materials and tooling changes.
- Implement process and/or procedure improvements.
- Promote and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement lean techniques to improve quality and reduce waste.
- Promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff.

A strong Maintenance Purchasing Lead will?be:?
- 4-year degree in manufacturing, chemical or plastics engineering or equivalent experience.
- Two-years’ experience in manufacturing
- Experience with Lean/6-Sigma techniques
- Experience with coaching and performance management of staff at all levels
- Proven leadership skills with experience guiding teams
- Strong ability to provide clear direct and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve process
- Strong computer skills. (Excel, Word, Access)
- Excellent oral and written communication.
