What's it like to be a Production Manager at Market Veep?

In this position, you’ll be the primary support for our production team to ensure high-quality, on-time service delivery to our retainer clients. The purpose of this role is to promote client delight and retention through the strategic, timely delivery of services. Cross-departmental knowledge is a must, as our production team members include graphic designers, content writers, developers, and HubSpot admins. You’ll host bi-weekly 1-on-1’s with each member of our production team to assist with their questions and coach them up on best practices within their role and within Market Veep.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations, Senior Marketing Strategist, and Project Manager to improve service delivery processes and templates based on internal and client feedback. You will be expected to write process documentation/SOPs, develop resource reports, and lead internal presentations for process roll-out and adoption. You’ll lead our internal Quality Assurance efforts across all client projects, with a particular focus on website migration and build projects. This position may also be required to join client meetings to support our Account Management team and may be responsible for execution of certain activities for our clients and/or Market Veep.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of production management experience (ie. Production Manager, project manager, etc.)
• At least 1 year of hands-on production experience (ie. writer, designer, developer, etc.)
• At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience
• Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional written communication and ability to develop written SOPs
• Workflow development and resource management skills
• Cross-departmental knowledge including content, design, and development
• Coaching, mentorship, and performance management skills

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance and on-time delivery of projects across all clients
• Process development to improve efficiency, profitability, and quality of services
• Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the best possible service delivery workflow
• Bi-weekly 1-on-1’s with production team, including content writers, designers, developers, and admins
• Interview and evaluate production candidates for A-players
• Promote client delight NPS for service delivery across departments
• Training plans are developed, adopted, and implemented consistently
• Process development and adoption is continuously improved upon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
