In this position, you will be responsible for leading, supervising and facilitating the production process to produce quality window and door screen products as applicable to the assigned shift. This is accomplished by directing team leads and operators, as well as working with other departments to meet the needs of our external customers. Job tasks include supervising, coaching, and developing the production crew, scheduling and assigning operators and equipment, enforcing company and department policies, and facilitating improvement. Position is fast paced, a team atmosphere, along with growing business at the location.

What Success Looks Like:
- Responsible for all aspects of daily plant production based on customer demand.
- Direct supervision of the complete production process from staging materials to the finished product.
- Packaging, Shipping & Receiving responsibilities, and oversight.
- Inventory organization, cost controls, cycle counts, etc.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed to respond to fluctuations in customer demand.
- Maintaining and developing customer product quality and delivery expectations.
- Must be mechanically inclined to troubleshoot machinery issues and minimize downtime.
- Respond to changes in daily production work and staffing requirements.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management, and employees.
- Drive, support, and train on regular company safety programs and Production Process.
- Must be able to lead accident investigations to determine Root Cause
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced team first environment
- Track internal and external product quality.
- Responsible for driving preventative maintenance program.
- Must be engaged in lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement.
- Overseeing reports of hourly performance tracking data directly from the production lines.
- Strong computer skills needed.
- Compliance monitoring, root cause analysis, corrective actions, including employee coaching, discipline, and evaluations.
- Work with customer service/order entry/scheduling team(s) daily.
- Engage with clients as necessary.
- Bilingual is a plus!
What You Bring:
- 5+ Years Production Manufacturing Experience
- 3+ Years Production Supervisor experience
- High School Diploma / Some college preferred
The salary range for this position is $77,526.00 - $116,349.00 per year with bonus potential.
