Amazon is seeking a senior technical product management and team leader to define and build Fleet Safety and compliance products and long-term strategy for our Last Mile delivery fleet. At Amazon we are building a world class last mile operation, significantly complimented by Delivery Service Partners (DSP). A DSP will hire and develop a team of high-performing drivers. Amazon's Last Mile Fleet team is hiring a leader to deploy strategic Safety Technology products that integrate driver and vehicle safety reaching across all functions of this fast paced and growing organization, and improving the safety outcomes for DSP owners, drivers and our communities.
Key job responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Fleet Safety Technology product managers
• Own the long-term vehicle Safety Technology strategy and roadmap for Amazon's last mile fleet
• Partner with Amazon Business Development teams to evaluate third party Fleet Safety Technology products for use within Amazon's delivery fleet
• Drive launch readiness for new vehicle Safety Technologies in new vehicle types and geographies
• Communicate to executive leadership and across teams to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the vehicle safety strategy and products.
• Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive product and process improvements
• Collecting feedback from product users to build next generation safety tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
