Production Manager

STORM Exteriors is Hiring for the following positions:

Production Manager

• Review file in preparation for project coordinator
• Knowledge of Municipal code
• Order and review materials, scheduling crews

SUMMARY:

The individual in this role will be primarily responsible for serving and supporting our field and sales reps through effective use of superior customer service that meets each sales reps unique set of delivery and product requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver Customer Service by responding to field/sales reps needs thoroughly in a timely manner with accuracy and detail:

• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge - Roofing, Windows and siding

• Field and resolve customer issues and questions

• Establish, develop, and service new customer accounts

• Operate in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment

• Support the Team in attaining the overall goals and objectives of the business unit.

• Accurate order entry

• Follow and execute any additional direction given by Operations Manager that will assist in obtaining overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have exteriors construction knowledge
• Must be able to review Insurance Claims documentation and review Scope of Work

• Assist in obtaining overall goals and objectives of the organization.
• Typically Mon-Fri, but Saturdays may need minor attention as we do construction on Saturdays.
• MUST be dependable! Your team members work as a team, so we all work as a unit!

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• College preferred but not required

• Preferably 2-5 years experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with Customers

• Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook experience, CRM, Contractors Cloud, Aculynx (Preferred)
