Roles and Responsibilities:

Employees are expected to be the eyes and ears of the production shop floor and its flow. Providing continual updates from shop floor to internal team, via collaborative tools. Support shop floor ensuring material and supplies are at machines. Help in facilitating changes and updates of the schedule out on the floor to ensure the latest schedule and MPs are readily available. Provide support to operators MP inquiries and to Supervisors. Ensure accuracy on MP’s prior to providing it to shop floor for operation. Support communication between shop floor, supervisors, production scheduling team, management, and supply team.

Day to Day:

- Keep DPL updated with latest completions and information.

- Verify MP’s for accuracy prior to submitting to floor

o Proper material / finish

o Proper tolerances

o Proper skid QTY’s and spec

o Proper process in place

- Provide machines with latest schedule, schedule changes and MP’s

- Review MP’s upon completion for notes on quality and shortage

- Provide update to corresponding Sale personnel on order shortage.

- Work with Sales on inquires on MP’s and or Orders

- Support logistics by keeping them updated on changes or issues that may hinder their scheduled trucks

- Update logistic trucking confirmation on to DPL

- Update DSL as needed.

- Update DPL based on DSL updates, support Supply team.

- Verify that skids are at machines and collaborate with Supply team when missing.

- Provide the office scheduling team with information that can hinder completion.

- Update DPL on machine downtime and follow up with maintenance and supervisors on updates.

- Work closely with Operators on MP’s, priority expectations, and changes.

- Provide support to the Management team, supply scheduling, and production scheduling.

- Ensure DPL and shop floor are a mirror image of each other

Job Requirements:

Year(s) of Experience: 6 months - 4 years of customer service/logistics/operations experience Education: Bachelor Degree

Software: Must have experience in MS Excel

AR: Comfortable with numbers
