Job Summary:
ERP Functional Coordinator - Material & Production is a critical role to the ERP software implementation and development. The primary responsibilities are to support the ERP department initiatives and provide ERP data accuracy.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and create ERP job templates that are needed from other departments.
- Coordinate with Job Scheduler to enter Time Studies/Work Centers into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Imaging team to provide renderings/images for all ERP production cards/job travelers.
- Coordinate ERP location and material labels for warehouses.
- Set inventory locations, time and maintain station kit process.
- Provide daily oversight of warehouse inventory integrity.
- Verify accuracy of product in locations daily versus the quantities in the Warehouse Management System.
- Investigate, analyze, report and correct discrepancies found by physically counting product as required by outlined protocols.
- Communicate effectively within the organization.
- Maintain and distribute accuracy reports on inventory.
- Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner.
- Trains and assists others with cycle counting and auditing as needed.
- Identifies issues and opportunities to help improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes.
- Assists in other projects and initiatives within the organization.
- Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of Management.
Qualification / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, notably in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory software programs, such as QuickBooks
