Support Shiroki customer goal of 100% on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintaining and controlling inventory levels and product flow. Coordinate new project start-up, engineering changes, and phase outs. Maintain label information in systems.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed.
- Update customer production spreadsheets as needed.
- Check customer website for daily production changes or messages.
- Attend all meetings effecting Production Control.
- Contact customer for any issues related to production or shipments.
- Contact customer for supplemental orders, requests for revision.
- Verify externally processed parts inventory and address concerns/issues.
- Update all necessary information in the customer portal as required.
- Resolve issues utilizing problem solving method.
- Communicate order expectations to shipping department.
- Communicate internally any known or potential issues that could affect production or shipments.
- Routine go and see actual condition of inventory.
Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Certification may be required in some areas.
- Have experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications.
- Have strong communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.
- Be able to pass all background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug test.
