Production Clerk - Frankfort, IN
This is a full-time, salaried - non-exempt level position
We are looking for a high potential individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within an industrial grain processing facility.
Job Requirements

• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company
• safety procedures.
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance -
• Assist management and plant personnel with clerical tasks including:
• Employee payroll processing.
• Production reporting.
• Processing material & service receipts and sending invoices to Corporate AP team.
• Ordering office supplies as needed to maintain adequate inventory.
• Maintaining personnel records, phone lists and other documents.
• Updating training & safety records
• Working with truck dispatchers & operations on truck schedules
• Participate in the plant continuous improvement program
• Assist with maintenance parts receiving & inventories
• Dealing with mail, office equipment and other needs of the office environment.
• Experience with MS Office required. Experience with Maximo and IBM systems preferred.
