Job Description

As a Payroll AccountingStudent Worker, this person will be responsible for the preparation of reports for employee's compensation and benefits related items and statutory reports for example: Social Security, Income Tax, employee withholding, etc. Performs Balance Sheet Account reconciliations, investigation and clean up of reconciliation items in close partnership with Finance department and Payroll Operations. Team up with local and worldwide business partners to resolve issues. Leads/participates in process improvements and global projects. Manages payments to payroll suppliers and different institutions. Provides support for all financial and tax external and internal audits.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
2+ years of academic course work related to accounting
Fluent in English
Advanced Excel knowledge
Preferred qualifications:
Payroll accounting experience
