Title: Production Associate
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Location: Westminster, CO

What you will do:
Electronic assembly, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering
Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts.
Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings.
Problem solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC.
Requirements:
A deft hand and keen eye for detail, able to execute tasks accurately by following procedures and blueprints.
Prior experience in soldering and familiarity with related tools will be advantageous.
A team player mentality, ready to contribute to our collective success.
Proficiency in reading, understanding, and implementing procedures and processes.
Previous experience in electronics manufacturing will be a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Comfortable navigating computer systems, including Windows, Excel, and Word.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
