Job Title:Production Associate

Position Summary: The Production Associate position is responsible for production and fulfillment of orders. This includes, but is not limited to: filling of vape cartridges/syringes with cannabis oil, packaging of items, management of product inventory, fulfilling of sales orders, all associated METRC/data entry and chain of custody documentation, and compliance with current MED guidelines.
Essential Functions:
● Packaging of finished products:
○ Capping of finished goods (CCell Vapes, Disposable Vapes, Syringes/Dispensers).
○ Label Packaging: operate machinery to affix batch labels onto packaging.
○ Utilize automated machinery to package various products.
○ Assemble cases for finished products.
○ Perform quality assurance checks on all products before packaging.
● Review and prepare products for delivery to fulfill sales orders.
● Use METRC to create manifests, packages, and maintain inventory levels following MED compliance and regulations.
● Review and follow SOPs.
● Maintain a clean workstation and warehouse.
Additional Functions:
● Use standard office equipment and software including word processing, METRC, spreadsheet applications and electronic mail, to conduct business.
● Communicate extensively with the Director of Production and Planning.
● Assume responsibility for an organized ‘finished goods’ storage cage to reflect electronic documentation organization.
● Maintain accurate and up to date product inventory documentation and communicate any changes to the order to the sales team/customer (weight difference, delivery date change, etc.).
● Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
● Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
● Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor in the workplace.
● Work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
● Must have a high level of adaptability, working in a high-pressure situation and adapting to last-minute changes.
● Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management.
● Assist other departments with projects during any down-time hours.
Additional Requirements:
· Colorado driver’s license or State ID card
· Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
· Must pass any and all required background checks
· Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
· Must obtain and retain a state-issued MED a badge prior to employment
· Ability to receive forklift operation certification; operate heavy machinery
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 0-2 years experience in the cannabis industry preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience with cannabis compliance and METRC preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
Working Conditions:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
· PHYSICAL DEMANDS: May be required to stand, sit, crouch, reach, lift, drive and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (200 pounds with assistance).
· Fluctuating temperatures are possible, including higher temperatures (~80 degrees).
· Ability to handle and diffuse high stress situations and a fast-paced company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
