PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, COORDINATION, AND DIRECTION TO MEET DEPARTMENT AND PLANT GOALS.

PREPARES OR DIRECTS PREPARATION OF REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATES ACTIVITIES WITH OTHER AREA MANAGERS TO ACHIEVE INTERRELATED GOALS.
ESTABLISHES AND MONITORS DEPARTMENT(S) BUDGET.
BENCHMARK PEERS (LOCAL AND OTHER PACCAR LOCATIONS), SUPPLIERS AND INDUSTRY RELATED COMPANIES.
RECOMMENDS AND SUPPORTS CAPITAL EXPENDITURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

- DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO FUNCTION INDEPENDENTLY, SET DIRECTION, AND IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS.
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY COORDINATE MULTIPLE PRIORITIES IN A DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT.
