What you’ll do
- Utilize various data sources to create tailored segments according to client requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to develop PowerBI models and customized performance reports as requested
- Maintain and create comprehensive documentation on existing processes and products
- Address internal ticket queues, providing support to the sales team as needed
- Effectively present analysis findings and insights to the sales team and clients
- Regularly communicate results, successes, and concerns with Research & Analytics leadership and management
- Modify and update existing data models to enhance accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with the sales team in managing client accounts
- Master knowledge of our self-service portal and product offerings for strategy development for client campaigns
- Conduct in-depth market research on relevant industries to inform decision-making processes
What sets you apart
- Bachelor or Masters level degree
- 1-4 years of El Toro experience or 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Data Visualization software
- Intermediate knowledge of ad tech and/or digital advertising
