Form of workMeta is seeking a Product Operations Manager, Production to join the Product Operations team. Product Operations’ mission is to process, analyze, and improve product quality signal with product and engineering to enable Meta to solve the biggest functional issues impacting our users. If you like helping people, Product Operations is for you.The Product Operations team fuels product quality and engagement by analyzing user issues at scale and advocating for their resolution. As a Production Operations Manager, Production, you will leverage data analysis and multiple sources of user feedback to identify user experience themes, prioritize issues, and communicate key takeaways to product, engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to shape product direction. You will work cross-functionally with other teams within Meta to improve user experience.
- Become an expert in the health and quality of Facebook products
- Develop and communicate compelling analyses and recommendations over aggregate trends from user feedback
- Build strategic relationships and manage communication and alignment across multiple partner teams
- Instill a focus on quality in the product culture by creating objective data driven stories that influence and convince product teams to prioritize quality projects
- Communicate the potential impact of product changes to internal stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working in tech, consulting, or an operational capacity
- Experience with SQL
- Experience constructing relationships across teams, communicating technical content and analytical insights to multiple audiences
- Experience using data to tell a story and influence direction
- Experience effectively prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or eq uivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in computer science, economics, analytics or other related field
- Experience working with remote teams
