Description:
As a Product Operations Manager, you will work closely with external partners, advertisers, and our product & engineering teams to directly support the growth of Ads and Hotel Center. You will onboard advertisers, develop scaled workflows, and deliver timely feedback to all to help improve our products and implementations.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
Provide proactive high touch support to partners and advertisers and help them implement and onboard as we scale new formats.
Owning end to end partner and advertiser onboarding and reactive support
Provide consultation to customers to help them implement technical solutions for campaign management and conversion tracking
Developing workflows and managing daily high touch support
Troubleshooting any issues and provide actionable recommendations to the advertisers and partners
Proactively documenting advertiser and partner feedback to share internally with Product and Engineering teams
Come up with creative ideas to address identified gaps, and influence relevant stakeholders to get buy-in for implementing proposed solutions
Derive critical insights by analyzing and connecting disparate data sets across the business, to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations and knowledge management
Define and report success metrics to help evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions
Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Business Solutions teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Total years of experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility:
3 years in online advertising or product management specializing in a role supporting teams, customers / partners or program management.
Experience working with internet products and technologies.
Ability to work with minimal guidance in an unstructured environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and influencing stakeholders.
Knowledge of Google Ads Google Suite knowledge (presentations, sheets, docs)
Technical skills (e.g. as SQL, HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, Cookies, XML) and with system design and architecture.
