Product Marketing Manager
We seek a talented Product Marketing Manager who can work across our organization to bring our products to market. You'll report to the Head of Product and work collaboratively with teams in Sales, Customer Succes, Brand Marketing, Training, Operations, and Product to deliver on go to market campaigns. We have a great story that needs to be told and you're the key to setting that point of view.
What You'll Do:
- Tell our story—Develop value proposition-based stories, messages, and positioning that translate our products into customer benefits. Help us demonstrate our market and thought leadership for ourselves and in collaboration with our partners.
- Define our Product Marketing strategy - Understand our customer, market, product and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities to address via Product Marketing. Develop the Product Marketing plan to coordinate across marketing, sales, and operations. Work with Product to sharpen our metrics and ideas so they impact the market.
- Execute the plan - Work with internal teams to bring our Product Marketing campaigns to light. Drive the coordination and execution of our go-to-market workflow with the responsibility of deciding when we go live and how to amplify that message using our partnerships.
- Define and measure - Investigate, measure and share the results from our campaigns internally. Learn from each release and help us improve our processes.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 4+ years of industry experience in B2B SaaS in a relevant industry (HealthTech, PharmaceuticalTech, PharmacyTech )
- 2+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS in a relevant industry HealthTech, PharmaceuticalTech, PharmacyTech)
- You must have excellent content creation skills (writing, visual, structure) with the ability to define a point of view and stories.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams to deliver our go to market campaigns, including other marketing, content, and delivery teams. You're the guide and need to manage the flow.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across digital and traditional channels as well as Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms. Help us work smarter!
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Must be a self-starter––experience at a SaaS startup is preferred.
- Position is remote.
