Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales and Marketing teams, developing and executing strategic Sales and Marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, achieve financial annual targets and increase brand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and proposals to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within various territories throughout California.
- Manage both internal and external sales teams to effectively execute sales plans, achieve objectives, and drive performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Report on factors that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
2. Marketing Strategy and Management:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials that support sales goals, including advertising campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with brand values across all marketing efforts as they relate to sales support.
- Utilize marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales-supportive marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
3. Product Development and Launch:
- Collaborate with branding and product development teams to identify market needs and trends, providing sales insights for product development efforts.
- Support product launch activities with a focus on market research, positioning, and pricing strategy to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product launches and ongoing product support, ensuring launches complement sales strategies.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about cannabis regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all Sales and Marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials and sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
