The Product Manager - E-Commerce will serve as the in-house expert on IDI's e-commerce initiative and ongoing support of our e-commerce growth strategy and customer acquisition. This role will drive the e-commerce roadmap, strategy, customer engagement, and product direction for the external sales channel. This position will play a key role in supporting the company strategy and customers in the use and future direction of the e-commerce sales channel. High customer engagement and satisfaction will be instrumental in its success and will be a key focus for this position.
Compensation: $88,100 - $123,300
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working across all business departments.
- Manage the roadmap, prioritize opportunities, refine feature ideas in support of business goals.
- Understanding the market trends, competition direction, and user requirements in depth.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify potential additional features.
- Monitor ongoing usage metrics and customer satisfaction as well as internal KPIs.
- Provide ways to improve the e-commerce sales channel, assessing product enhancements and competitive positioning.
- Act as an advocate for and serve as the voice of the customer while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience managing e-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, and/or WooCommerce.
- Excellent analytical skills in analyzing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Great analytical mindset with an ability to use data to drive decision making and present solutions for boosting online sales.
- Assess ideas and alternatives while persuading others; gain support and commitment from others; mobilize people to take action.
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management and across departments.
- Project management skills to drive projects to completion with 3rd party partners.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Requires 6+ years of e-commerce product management experience such as creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics.
- Broad experience of attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization.
- Strong Marketing/Technology background and experience managing marketing and technology teams.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising and email marketing; SEO and SEM is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is preferred.
