We specialize in developing advanced Clinical Applications that empower healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnoses, personalized treatments, and improved patient outcomes. As a Product Manager for Clinical Applications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leading the development and enhancement of our clinical software products.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our Clinical Applications portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, clinical experts, and marketing, to deliver world-class software solutions that address the complex challenges faced by healthcare providers. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of clinical knowledge, technical acumen, and product management expertise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the long-term vision and product roadmap for our Clinical Applications, aligning with the company's mission and business objectives. Stay abreast of the latest trends in healthcare technology and clinical practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and end-users to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needs. Translate these requirements into actionable features and enhancements for the development team. Structure those requirements into a BRD (Business Requirements Document) that details the exact development that must occur.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with outsourced engineering, outsourced design, and clinical teams to prioritize, plan, and execute the development and delivery of high-quality Clinical Applications. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure efficient product development cycles.
- Product Development: Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and low-fidelity wireframes that clearly communicate the desired product functionality and user experience. Manage the development process, balancing trade-offs between functionality, quality, and time-to-market. As the Product Manager of Clinical Applications, you will own key Clinical Applications, including but not limited to: population health platform, physician experience, etc.
- User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles to ensure that our Clinical Applications are intuitive, efficient, and provide tangible value to healthcare professionals. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the Clinical Applications landscape. Use these insights to refine product positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including product launch plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Drive user adoption and engagement through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the Clinical Applications. Regularly analyze and report on product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MD, RN, etc.) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management in healthcare or clinical software development.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology and innovation.
