We are looking for a motivated and talented Product Management Intern to join our team for the summer. Our team is looking for a contributor who will support the product-related activities for an Automotive Lighting portfolio within OSRAM SYLVANIA. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in Product Management and contribute to the success of the SYLVANIA AUTOMOTIVE product portfolio.

You will work closely with our Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new products. If you are interested in learning how new products come to market, have excellent communication skills, and experience in creating and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets, come join us!

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the PM team to analyze data and propose portfolio adjustments.

· Analyze data to Identify customer and product trends, needs, and opportunities.

· Participate in cross-functional decision-making discussions.

· Perform data analysis and create reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools.

· Support the product development process by coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams.

· Help prepare and deliver product presentations and training materials.

· Participate in product testing and feedback sessions.

· Support to product lines at various stages of life cycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing a degree program in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn by taking-on new challenges

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
