ABOUT DAYSPRING'S INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
We need sharp, energetic people to help us create, engineer, market, and deliver our products worldwide. DaySpring offers Summer Internships for students pursuing degrees in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering and more! DaySpring's Summer Internship program starts in late May and ends in early August and provides the valuable opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge to meaningful work and projects in a corporate environment. In addition, you will gain exposure to DaySpring leadership, learn more about our products and services, connect with employees and interns from other areas.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Product Management Team exists to drive the product development and business strategies for Cards, Gifts & Publishing. Our goal is to see every person experience and express the life changing message of God’s love. As a member of the Product Management team you will play a key role in driving the business and helping the Product Development team deliver consumer driven and Spirit led products to the right market, the right consumer at the right time. In this internship role, you will develop actionable consumer insights that lead to tangible products, use data analysis and data mining, in both retail and on-line environments, to better understand the market and or consumer. In addition, you will assist the Product Management team in processing products thru DaySpring systems and help execute against key programs to aid in sales presentations and projects.
Our 2024 internship program will require individuals to work onsite in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or MBA / Master's degree program with a graduation date of December 2024, May 2025, December 2025, or May 2026.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (must be stated on your resume).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Personal time management skills and proven ability to meet timelines.
- Strong organizational skills, follow through with great attention to detail.
- Understanding of and appreciation for the DaySpring mission.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Exceptional listening, verbal communication, and presentation skills
