As a seasoned leader within Electrolux MajorAppliances, you'll leverage your proven track record in Product Line managementand business strategy to shape the future of the Fabric Care sector.Responsible for a comprehensive five-year planning cycle, you'll develop andcommunicate a strategic business plan, align organizational goals, and identifyinnovative product features.

What you'll do:

• You will lead a team that is responsible for the delivery of short, medium, and long-term business targets/KPI's associated with the Fabric Care business.
• You will be the Electrolux's resident expert on the entire breadth of Fabric Care platforms and configurations. As with generation planning, the dynamic competitive benchmarking process will be a key driver in strategic product plan development as well as for ongoing business management and decision making.
• You will be working with R&D, Global Sourcing, Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Suppliers, Commercial Services, and in the S&OP process to drive business case delivery, cost efficiency, and simplification across the business.
• You will ensure that new product launches have business cases that contribute to the business strategy, are delivered to the marketplace on time and at the cost targets in the product plan, and that proper plans are in place and being executed for phase in/flooring of new product and phasing out of old product.
• You will lead and be responsible for the development of two (2) direct reports.

Qualifications required:

• A four-year college degree is required. MBA Preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of product management, product development or commercial experience required.
• Experience with finished goods sourcing from an internal and external global supply base as well as product planning and project management activities, including generation planning, pricing analysis, risk management, etc.
• Demonstrated success in product planning, commercial launches, and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies.
