The primary responsibility of the CRM Digital Product Director is to manage project deliverables related to Global Markets (FIC, Trading, Equity) sales tools development. You will be responsible for leading an agile train for delivery of key CRM features. This includes managing a group of SMEs from discovery through launch, while partnering with the line of business to build business cases, requirements, and measure results.

This role will also work with our technology partners to manage deployment of all requirements, tech spend and effectively minimize scope creep. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects across different portfolios, with varying partnerships and deliverables.

You will develop business partner relationships with all Global Markets COO teams, Technology and product partners, while also gaining exposure and acumen in project management, strategic planning, executive presence, and organization.

  • Supporting a project team of SMEs and technology partners to assist in the delivery of sales tools. This includes, but is not limited to, deliverables such as requirement documentation, impact assessment, technology intake and estimations, UCRA completion and UAT support
  • Partnering with LOB to build business cases, requirements, and measure results
  • Engaging technology to manage deployment of all requirements, tech spend and eliminate scope creep
  • Able to manage multiple projects, in varying stages of the project life cycle, across different portfolios, with varying partnerships and deliverables


Required Skills:

  • Global Markets LOB and/or Product experience preferred
  • 2+ years Project Management or Business Analysis experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables, timelines, and support needed
  • Ability to effectively matrix manage several resources across several businesses within the bank

A leader in the Digital organization, directly or indirectly managing the work of multiple associates.
Significant contributor to strategy development and/or delivery. Responsible for delivery of a portion of the overall strategy in the form of a portfolio of medium to large digital programs, products or processes.
Has visibility & accountability to senior stakeholders across the firm. Actively interacts across multiple business partners to aide in determining key priorities and project direction for their area of responsibility.
Will require a high degree of autonomy, and expected to identify risks and opportunities for your area of responsibility, define solutions and deploy resources accordingly.
The position requires the use of advanced logic to make highly complex judgments and decisions with a noticeable impact felt on functional results.
