The Role:
What you'll do?
- Will work on implementing our software products (https://culinarydigital.com/)
- Monitor project process through continuous communication with clients and internal departments
- Provide strong and personalized customer service experience
- Assist clients with making product related configuration decisions
- Act as the first line of technical support during the implementation cycle for clients
- Work with a variety of clients that are both new system setups as well as those merging with existing clients
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of company products, usage, features, etc.
- Assist in maintaining company system(s) and company records of client information
Requirements
- Food services industry experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination/project management with ownership of a project from start to finish
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the technology industry
- Ability to compare and audit data and run reports
- Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting for product installation and other product issues
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and staying organized
- Ability to be proactive, take initiative, learn quickly, adapt to change, and lead an implementation team through challenges to deliver a satisfied client
- Ability to establish credibility with clients based on industry, product, and technology knowledge
- Working on culinary ERP software implementation is a plus.
