Specialist - Package Implementation

Role: Oracle Cloud HCM -Technical Architect
Required Experience:
• Oracle Cloud HCM Technical consultant with minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support
• Knowledge of Core HR module is must
• Worked in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Technical consultant.
• Sound hands-on experience in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT and Personalization & Customizations and Workflow.
• Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security, Reporting, Data Migration and Interface/Integration development using HDL, PBL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service etc.
• Reports and Analytics - knowledge on existing reports/ custom report creation methods
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Needs to demonstrate good understanding of Business processes
• Able to work with integrating with other downstream system and to design extensions / APIs for exporting item data to downstream systems.
• Implementation experience of other modules of HCM is added advantage
