**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and Customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Implementation and Customer Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, ACA (Affordable Care Act) compliance, Onboarding, Performance Review, and Time and Attendance software for our clients. Additionally, this position will involve providing exceptional Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and success post-implementation.
**Responsibilities:** **
1. Implementation:**- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and requirements.- Configure and customize HCM software solutions to align with client specifications.- Lead implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.- Conduct training sessions for clients to facilitate successful adoption of the software.- Work closely with internal teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. **
2.Customer Support:**- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations related to HCM software.- Provide prompt and effective resolution of client concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with internal technical teams for resolution.- Offer guidance and best practices to clients for optimizing the use of HCM software.- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions. **
3. Continuous Improvement:**- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in Implementation and support procedures.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HCM solutions.- Share insights and feedback with the product development team to enhance the functionality and usability of the software.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience minimum 3 years in implementing and supporting HCM software solutions, including HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, ACA compliance, Onboarding, Performance Review, and Time and Attendance.- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, particularly in the areas of payroll, benefits, and compliance.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.- Certifications in HCM software platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Kronos) are a plus.
