Automic (UC4) System Implementation Specialist
Important info about this role:

• We're better together! This role is fully on-site (all 5 days in the office) for the first 90 days and Monday through Thursday after that (Fridays can be optional).
• This is a full-time, direct-hire role, meaning no C2C/C2H.

What does an Automic (UC4) System Implementation Specialist do?
You will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of Automic. You will define, develop, implement Automic workload processing according to the customers scheduling, monitoring and alarming requirements.
What you will do:

• Work with Clients to deploy, upgrade, or migrate Automic.
• Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to vendor recommended standards and guidelines.
• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
• Perform new installs, upgrades or server migrations.
• Investigate and troubleshoots issues and escalations from Client Support.
• Assist with diagnoses and recovery from hardware or software failures.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation for assigned duties.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven hands-on experience utilizing enterprise job scheduling tool - Automic.
• Proficient with Shell Scripting related to Automic on HP-UX, Linux and Windows.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting server and other hardware issues.
• 5+ years of experience installing and configuring system hardware/software in an enterprise environment.
• Experience monitoring, configure/troubleshoot network connectivity within a distributed computing environment to ensure security and availability.
• Proven prior ability to plan and analyze workflow, time-tables and processes to avoid/solve performance and resources problems.

What would be great to have:

• Experience with Spectrum Software or Credit Union Back Office Processing.
• Knowledge of the following utilities - SSH Secure Client, Putty, WinSCP.
