This mission requires fast paced innovation and execution. In this role, you will be on the Digital Products team working on our scheduling platform.
The scheduling and routing platform powers all Tesla scheduling experiences. The platform provides calendar management, resource management and routing algorithms that enable teams to run efficient and optimized operations given their resources and constraints. In this role, you will focus on delivering a highly scalable scheduling platform that enables growth of current and future products and services as Tesla enters new markets, expands its product portfolio, and builds more factories. The role will support physical locations like sales, delivery, service and virtual locations for things like recruiting and virtual consultations. You will help us reach our goal of onboarding 5+ new business units this year.

- 2+ years in operational leadership role, proficiency with data analysis and forecasting required
- Support the scale of Tesla Scheduling System across existing departments
- Reach the platform goal to onboard new business units with configurable logic in <30 days
- Suggest and implement system features to ensure delight users and create impact
- Implement appropriate product analytics to track success. Write test cases for all launches.
- Be scrappy: test assumptions, learn the work, and be willing to step in when necessary to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
- Create detailed and concise project plans and updates adapted to the audience
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment
- Effectively handle multiple priorities to meet all objectives and deadlines
- Assist others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan
- Honed sense for when to delegate and when to execute internally. Coordinates resources, provide clear strategic and tactical direction and timelines for deliverables, and delegate tasks across partner teams

$92,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
